The website www.ekteo.gr is a digital booking intermediary platform for vehicle technical inspection, created and operated by the company «ekteo IKE», Private Capital Company (IKE), based in Athens, Tax ID No. 803163017, with contact email address support@ekteo.gr.

Before any use of the website or conducting any transaction through it, the user is required to carefully read these terms. Any user who accesses and uses the platform's services is deemed to consent to and unconditionally accept these terms of use. The partner KTEO centers are independent businesses and bear sole responsibility for providing vehicle technical inspection services, for their compliance with applicable legislation, and for the processing of data they receive in the context of the inspection, acting as independent Data Controllers. There is no relationship of agency, mandate, or dependent employment between ekteo IKE and the partner KTEO centers.

«ekteo IKE» bears no liability, civil or criminal, for any direct, indirect, positive or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of data, or any other damage arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform or the services provided through it. Even in the event of liability of the company for a reason demonstrably attributable to gross negligence or willful misconduct, its total liability may not exceed the amount corresponding to the value of the specific booking.

The website and the information and services provided through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or secure operation, or absence of technical errors. The company does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruptions, errors, or deficiencies. Responsibility for vehicle technical inspection services lies exclusively with the KTEO center or the partner undertaking the procedure.

Unsolicited Emails

For the sending of informational or promotional electronic messages, «ekteo IKE» may use a specialized email sending application, providing the user with the option to unsubscribe from the relevant mailing list at any time.

General Terms

«ekteo IKE» reserves the right to unilaterally modify or update these terms in accordance with its needs and applicable legislation, notifying users accordingly through the website. Contracts are concluded in accordance with these terms and applicable Greek law. All content and services of the website constitute intellectual property of the company, and any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

The company is not liable for any damage arising from the use or inability to use the website, from cancellations or changes to bookings, or from acts and omissions of partner KTEO centers.

In the event that the user wishes to cancel a booking, they may do so by telephone or email within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to the terms of the respective KTEO center.
