The data collected includes user identification and contact details, vehicle information, booking details, as well as address information in the case of selecting a pickup service. No payment data is collected through the platform.
Personal data is used exclusively for the management and confirmation of appointments, the transmission of necessary information to the selected KTEO center, communication with the user, sending reminders, and improving the platform's functionality.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract, the legitimate interest of the company, and the user's consent where required. Data is retained for the fulfillment of the purposes of collection and for as long as required by tax or other legislation.
The user has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
